American family-owned educational-toys company run by Rick Woldenberg. It was the lead plaintiff in Learning Resources v Trump, one of two cases that reached the Supreme Court challenging Donald Trump's use of IEEPA to impose tariffs. The company successfully argued that the statute authorising the president to "regulate" imports did not include the ability to tax them. The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in the company's favour on February 20th 2026.
