American casino operator. It is building a 350-metre-tall casino on the coast of Ras al-Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates, expected to open in 2027 and set to be one of the world's largest. Wynn estimates the casino will bring in gross gaming revenue of $1.7bn annually—a third of its estimate of the potential market. Craig Billings is the company's boss. In an earnings call on February 12th 2026 Billings pointed to the UAE's "extremely aggressive" investment in artificial-intelligence infrastructure and its potential to draw in wealthy techies.
