American private-military executive. He founded Blackwater, a private military company whose contractors killed 17 Iraqi civilians in 2007. He later set up the Frontier Services Group, which was subject to American sanctions in 2023 for training Chinese military pilots. He also founded Vectus Global, which uses small aerial kamikaze drones to hunt gangsters in Haiti on behalf of the Haitian government; hundreds have been killed.
