Philosopher who popularised the term "superintelligence" with his book of the same name. Bostrom provided the textbook example of AI misalignment: a "paper-clip maximiser", an AI that works monomaniacally to make as many paper clips as possible, wiping out humanity in the process.
'Educational' refers to the process, not the object. Although, come to think of it, some of my teachers could easily have been replaced by a cheeseburger.
